“In order to be irreplaceable one must always be different.”

Many followers of the fashion world will know this famous quote from Coco Chanel, and the looks at London Fashion Week, which took place from September 16 to 20, definitely lived up to Chanel’s expectations.

While the event allows designers to showcase the clothes they will be selling next year, it’s also an opportunity for models and guests alike to have fun and stand out.

We’ve listed the most outlandish outfits worn on and off the catwalk this season.

From banana costumes to oversized collars, here are the most outrageous clothes from LFW.
